The UT Lab

The UT-Lab is USERINNOV’s professionally managed, full-service usability testing facility.

The strongest point in favour of the lab is that it is a part of a design company and is managed by designers who have extensive experience with conducting Usability Tests – they know what is involved, and what clients, professionals demand. Although used for USERINNOV’s own projects, the lab is available for hire with the aim of becoming an important resource in Mumbai that small companies and consultants based outside of Mumbai can use.
